How long does the online setup take?
About 15 minutes for most people. You answer a few questions, compare the recommended zones, add your shareholders and upload documents. You don’t have to finish in one go.
Can I save my progress and finish later?
Yes. Use “Save draft” on any form or “Save & finish later” at the top of the chat. Everything you have entered and uploaded is kept, and once you have given your email we send you a link to continue on any device.
When is my client account created?
Automatically, as soon as you submit your details in the first step. We email you a link to set your password (valid for 1 hour). If it has expired, use “Forgot password” on the client login page to get a new one.
My company has partners — can I add them?
Yes. In the Shareholders step, click “+ Add partner / shareholder” for each partner and enter their share (the total must be 100%). Each partner gets their own document list, and you can go back and add a partner from the Documents step at any time before the payment link is sent.
What documents do I need?
Usually a colour passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and a passport-size photo for each shareholder, plus an Emirates ID if you already live in the UAE. Some zones also ask for a CV, proof of address, a bank reference or a short business plan — the setup shows exactly what your chosen zone needs, and checks each upload instantly.
Do I have to pay anything now?
No. You receive an itemised estimate by email and a consultant calls you to go through it. Only after that do we send a secure payment link.
Can I change my answers after submitting?
Yes — click any completed step to edit it, until the payment link has been sent. If your estimate was already sent, we email you an updated one after you confirm again.
Are some nationalities or business activities not accepted?
UAE authorities restrict certain nationalities and business activities, and some zones apply their own rules or require extra approvals. Our team reviews every application; if anything affects yours, we tell you promptly together with the reason given by the authority, and suggest alternatives where possible.
